Eileen Middleton was injured in a Wal-Mart store when she tripped on an alleged defect in the floor. Middleton brought a personal injury cause of action against Wal-Mart and a jury found in her favor. Wal-Mart appeals the judgment complaining, among other things, that the jury charge was erroneous.
